Cattle have been here a week. They are going slower through the forage then we predicted. Maybe about 25% slower. In unit 3 and F where they have grazed so far there has been a fair amount of harding grass and tall fescue to bring protein in their diet. It has been still green in those plants in that area. The cattle seem to eat whatever is in front of them more readily then our growing season cattle we had. The are not as picky. They also heard nicely and have better natural movement. We have gotten great density and impact and if it rains next season I think it is going to look great.
