things are growing fast. The California Fescue that wasn’t ready to graze four days ago, now pretty uniformly has three leaves. Grasses grazed two and a half weeks ago in the mddle meadow have two leaves. Harding grass grazed two weeks ago has a foot or more of regrowth. Bromus carinatus is leading with seedheads for the most part. The poppies keep showing up. The cattle are still eating most of the reproductive structures in the grasses, oats for example
